Customer policy

| We
provide you with a 30-day "no questions asked" return policy.
You must return Biotonix in its original packaging within 30 days for a
full refund, if the insole is clean and good looking. To request a return please send an email to
Sales@c-spanghero.com.
When you contact us, please be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return. You will
be given a return authorization number (RMA#) and the correct return
address. Do not return items to us without first obtaining a return
authorization number and the proper return address. Orders returned to
the wrong address cannot be credited. While Claude Spanghero
Communication does not pay for
the return shipping, you will not be assessed any restocking charges. |
| The information gathered
when ordering will only be
used for the processing of your order and to satisfy legal requirements. |
| When
ordering, the order is processed by the Credit Mutuel bank secure server,
which is the only server to have access via secure SSL crypted
transaction to the credit card number. After acceptance by the bank of
the credit card payment, an order confirmation is sent to Biotonix
server. |
| Biotonix
are posted using the Colissimo service of the French postage that grants
delivery within 2 weeks everywhere in the world, usually 2 to 5 days in
Europe, 4 to 8 days to USA. |
